When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable.
All refunds will be credited to you in the original tender.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please follow the following steps to expedite your return and/or replacement:
- All returns should be in their original packaging.
- Contact our customer service department for authorization code (see below)
- Include copy of the original receipt
- Include the following information in the shipment: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, order ID, reason for return, action to be taken, and write on the shipping box “return merchandise” and next to it indicate the authorization code.
- Customers are responsible for freight charges to return the item.
Return Shipments will not be processed and no action will be taken until all information is verified.
Delays in refund or exchange will be incurred if returned packages were shipped without a valid authorization code.
